About:  Cynthia provides assurance, accounting, tax and business advisory services to owner-managed businesses to help overcome challenges and support their success. She has a broad range of experience working with clients of various sizes in numerous industries, including manufacturing, distribution, technology, construction, real estate and professional services. She builds strong relationships with all her clients through her proactive and personable approach, including obtaining an in-depth understanding of the client and their operations and communicating to them in a practical and meaningful way.   Cynthia is actively involved within the firm through recruiting and mentoring new staff, being a quality management resource and implementing process improvements.   Education: Cynthia graduated from Western University with a Bachelor of Management and Organizational Studies, Specialization in Finance and Administration degree. After graduation, she worked for a national firm in Toronto and then a small firm in Oakville. Cynthia obtained her CPA, CA designation in 2011 and joined Gilmore & Company LLP in 2015.   Personal Life:  Cynthia and her husband reside in the GTA with their 2 young daughters. When she isn’t chasing after her kids, she enjoys being active, travelling, and discovering new restaurants.
